Can anyone recommend a good headlight replacement bulb that is really white? Not looking to upgrade to HID just yet, but want something much brighter than your stock crap bulbs for the headlights and fogs.

I like the Philips X-treme bulbs. Not as white as the silverstars but overall brighter and more white than stock.

I've heard that too. I never understood how. Mine always lasted at least 2 years. Granted, thats not as long as some oe bulbs, but I never thought it was that frequent.

I like the silverstars, I have them in my wifes car (now over 2 years) and the first set in my truck lasted over 2 years. I just wear latex gloves when I change them. So far so good. Knocks on wood [IMG]

I used PIAA's Xtreme whites before I went to HIDs, they were whiter and brighter than stock, but a little pricey
