Personally, I wouldn't just replace a single leaf on one side. Post a pic of your current setup.

One pic is where the part leaf fell out. The other is my setup.
I really didn’t think replacing one leaf was a good idea (but saw the option for sale).
Prices for leaf packs are quite variable. I just want to keep my ride the same, not rougher.

At some point, certain year Tacomas had a recall for leaf springs - risk of spring breaking and puncturing gas tank. I'd check Iif your springs were ever replaced under recall. My Toyota dealer replaced my springs under recall, but returned the setup to stock (removing my add a leaf).

You've got a few things going on there. Block for lift and airbags. I run Icon RXT and are quite happy with them. I think you'd get a better ride out of a spring that also provides lift, vs a stock spring and block. I'm not that familiar with airbags. I suspect airbags are required if you're carrying heavy loads, beyond the capacity of the springs.

    Thanks for the replies/tips, JAG.
I bought the truck with the lift and air bags, and no history, so not sure what was all done. Ran the vin on Toyota.ca and no recalls pending.
Will see what my options are for springs, whether changing to same or replacing blocks.
Definitely keeping air bags. Love them when towing travel trailer.

The listed leaf is for the #2 position with a little curved portion to wrap around the front eyelet. If you want to use it as the #3 leaf, you'd need to cut off both ends to shorten it.

New leaf packs left and right to replace your blocks would obviously be better, but more expensive.

Another option is to get an AAL kit to replace both the #3 and #4 leafs. Ride will be firmer. You have airbags so the #4 overload leaf isn't necessary.
The leaf spring recall went up to 2010 or 2011. Marc lists a 2012.
