Replacing AC port with a USB port!

In order to use Apple Car Play with my

$280 Alpine ILX W650 , 7" Double Din Digital Media Receivier, CarPlay/Android Auto

Alpine ILX W650, I have to plug the phone in via usb. Instead of plugging an apple charger into the back of the unit and having the lightning connector dangle freely, I want to replace my lower left cig lighter with a dedicated USB port. I’ve seen a few on Amazon, what’s the best option so I don’t burn out my wires?

My lower right cigarette adapter doesn’t have power. I want to replace the lower left with a single USB port and run power to the lower right. Whose making single USB ports?

this? It's been a little while since I took that lower trim piece off but I want to say the 2 cigarette ports are just daisy chained together so you may find it's something as simple as a wire popped off of your right one.
