‘02 Tomato Taco

So… these look like they would accept a clip nut, like a big 90179-06127, but I can’t find anything that would/should mount under the lower valance.

Any ideas?

That was my thought, but relatively so few S-runners were made, so why do all of them for a S-runner specific thing?
