Don't want to do any major mods but was looking to see if I can replace the fog light bulb 9145 with a set of 9155's for a little bit more light. Has anyone done this? Not sure if the fog light are a plastic lens or glass. Going to check that later.

It's plastic. I'm not sure if it would have any adverse affects or not.
