Replacing power steering pressure line- 2002 Tacoma 3.4 4WD need some advice

remove line, replace line. turn the wheel left to right fully, couple times till the powersteering stays at full and or not foamy...

 

You’re going to get a lot better help in the 1st gen forum (you posted your thread in the 3rd gen forum.) Might see if a Mod can move your thread for you.

 

I recently replaced my power steering pressure and return lines on my 2012 2.7L.
The only advice I can give you is, if the fitting on the rack is stuck to the line, just take a hacksaw and cut the line right at the fitting.
