Had my spare tire stolen off my 2007 Access Cab. They cut the cable and it was gone. If I pull the bed liner out can I get to the bolts that hold the cable unit on or is this bolted directly to the frame? Either way it looks like I have my work cut out for me.

it's not a bed liner, it's an actual bed. plus, you should have no problem accessing the cable unit from underneath. you would go through 10x more hassle trying to remove the bed. don't be afraid to crawl up underneath.

Thanks for the info. It sounds like this won't be as bad as I thought it would be.
