Replacing stock 2012 radio with a oem touchscreen

I have a 2012 tacoma access cab with a stock non jbl radio, xm, bluetooth, steering wheel controls, usb. Is it possible to swap one of the oem touchscreen non jbl units from a 2013 without having to touch the wiring?

Are there ones with the navigation that can be swapped?

I tried searching but couldnt find a post that showed a direct swap of the units with instructions.

I have a OEM double DIN touchscreen deck from a 2013 DCSB if you need one.

 

Thanks, I just need to find out whats involved with the swap, before i go ahead with the project.

 

I want to say they are the same wiring harness but I've not pulled one out to check. Since Toyota has used the same harness for non-jbl HU's since the 80's I doubt its changed.

 

the 2013 entune units only work with the jbl hardness/system...

the 2013 just touchscreen non navi units, will plug in fine for power and speakers but you need to rewire the steering wheel controls, bluetooth, mic etc...

 

Is there a thread with instructions?
