tinted windows, window visors, stubby antenna, wethertech floor liners, dented tailgate
Long story short - My tailgate got dented but everything is still there. I'm wondering if I can replace just the outer skin with basic hand tools or are there welds that have to be ground down and re-welded on the tailgate frame?

All the hardware (latch, handle, cables, and hinges should all be able to be removed and reinstalled with various size torx sockets and a pair of needle nose pliers if I remember correctly.
