Need to pull the rear off first, which will happen today or tomorrow.

    We were camping last weekend.

Afterward, I'll need to measure all I'd need.

I'm most likely going with 3/16" steel for the face. It'll go on the face of the rear crossmember and on top. Going to order a 4XInnovations mount but wondering if I should go passenger side....

So I figured after today's errands, I'd remove my bumper.

It's really a small 5-10 minute job; the real reason for putting it off was the anxiety I got from the possible wiring. If you've followed this thread, you'll remember the rats nest that's my stereo install.

Anyway, I move the LC to the driveway only to be stopped by my neighbor. Haven't seen him in awhile so we chatted. Apparently his wife told him to come see me a few days ago to cut some wood and help with something

Hour later I'm like ok bumper time. My new neighbors to the other side of our house come shoot the shit. Nice people!

Ok enough time has passed by; bumper time.

They bring over nectarines! Fucking legit

    20220605_172311.jpg

Ok ok ok, onto the bumper. I'll skip all the in-between shit, it's boring really. Here's the mess.

    20220605_174628.jpg

And like I anticipated, the fucking wires were a nightmare.

    20220605_174641.jpg

    Least it's all ready!

Should see how much extra bracing there is underneath, excluding the spare tire carrier.

    20220605_201800.jpg

From this angle though, I feel like I should cut it off and have the bumper closer to the vehicle but that'd just be extra metal...and work :burp:

Must be a brolander thing to have a dorkle. It's a waste of money. Rather save that money for a hp elocker.
