Can anyone tell me WHO the reputable people/places are, to buy tires from?

It seems that there are SO MANY price differences (online) for the same tire that it soon becomes an exhausting effort just to find a good tire, reasonably priced, shipped and installed for less than the cost of let's say....one or two of my limbs?...and still get a "good" tire. OR...just too cheap to believe..and still get a good tire.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
