I've done a bit of basic vehicle audio work so I'm confident I can do this, but I need some basic guidance so I don't mess up. The cd player has failed on the factory (# A56815) AM/FM radio cd cassette player. I'd like to replace it with an upgrade; specifically, obtaining the "pause", "rewind", and "fast-forward" features on the cd player so I can repeat a part without having to start the track all over again on the educational cds I listen to. If you have recommendations, please let me know, otherwise I'll just install a factory unit. Even there, I would love to see a video or even a series of photos showing me how to do this step-by-step.

Replaced chrome badges with Sockmonkey black badges, painted billet grill black, K&N cold air intake, my corner light turn signal circuit, Speedfreek traction bars, RAAMaudio BXT/Ensolite, Stereo: Kenwood KIV-701 USB/Bluetooth deck, 10" Pioneer shallow sub behind the rear seat, Infinity 6822cf 6x8 front and rear doors, Fosgate P400-2 (sub), US Acoustics USX-4065 (four main speakers)
Take a look here at steps 1 - 5. http://www.customtacos.com/tech.old/index.php?article=77 It is easy to take out and put in the radio. If any step is going to get you, it would be step 3. You need to pull the ashtray out to get to a screw. The screws is back there a little bit. As long as you know it is there, it isn't a problem but it can be easy to miss it since it is far away from everything else. The side brackets on the stock radio can be reused and line up with most single and double DIN radios.
