I have the toyota satellite receiver with the cable shown which i believe is for the antenna. My 2010 TRD Sport has the factory fin on the roof. What are the other two connections in the pictures and where do i get just those cables without buying the "fit kit"? I've got the ground wire that screws into the side of the receiver too, that is not shown in the pictures. Thanks in advance.

Good luck sourcing just the cables. I'd say junk yard if you're lucky. You could always open the unit and see if the connections are labeled (slight chance) and run wires out. If not labeled you can order the schematic from pioneer's OEM division (that is who makes that) and then use that to run wires out.
Best advice I got being a previous car audio tech.
