    This is the reason why I'm dumping my Jeep to trade in for a Tacoma.... :D I'm getting ABOVE what I paid for it AFTER taxes and it's a 2019 (super low mileage though) on trade in credit... no sales tax on my new Tacoma, and I get a check on top of it for trading it in b/c I'm trading down. Who knows, I'll likely trade the 2022 Tacoma in for the new 2023 and likely not lose a dime.

    Currently trying to pick my next Toyota!
    I just sold my 2018 with 50k for more than I bought it for then got a new 2022. Total cost difference was $2,400 after I sell off the stock wheels/tires including all taxes, fees and reg. Probably once in a lifetime a swap like that will occur..... unless I now sell of my 2022 and wait for the new electric one to come out in a few years. We have an extra car so not an issue waiting. Strongly considering it.
