Reservoir location?

I'm looking to replace my standard 5100 rear shocks with 5160s however I'm curious as to how others have the reservoir mounted on their Tacoma. Does it make much difference where it goes or is it just up to each person on their preference? Some pictures would be helpful if you have any. Thanks!

 

The paperwork that comes with the 5160s have instructions and hardware to mount them. Just go by that. Or you can get the mounts that mount the res to the shock body too.

Ive done a bunch of 5160 installs on tacomas and 4runners.

Done in one. You really only have the two options mentioned above. It comes with the frame brackets. The reservoir mounts are nice looking, but too pricey for yours truly.
