I will buy a set of airbags with the ECU and Clockspring for my 2004 Tacoma. Do I need to reset? Or can I just plug and play? It should be good right? If it's from a kit of undeployed airbags.

Is your airbag light on now?

    If not.....

In my experience as long as the ignition isn't turned on while anything tied to the airbags is disconnected, you shouldn't get an airbag light on the dash.

Since you're replacing an ECU i'm guessing you'll be disconnected the battery, so you should be good(As long as everything is reconnected before you reconnect the battery and turn the ignition on).
