    It may still be under warranty with being a 2012. May be worth checking into.

    Thanks everyone for your help on this. I will do a little more investigating tomorrow and let you know what I find. What if anything can go wrong with the sensor?

    Nothing. They are the dumb part.

    All decisions are made by the SRS module (brain box bolted to transmission hump).

    As long as wires are connected, sensors are not the issue. (There are several).

    The fuse you pulled to test is the ECU-B Fuse. Did you double check that it isn't blown, using a meter. I would guess that the ECU-B is the ECU for the SRS Controller.

    I would double check this with a meter.

    Hi Jimmyh, when this problem first started, my dome light fuse blew 7.5a, to check circuit I took the 7.5 from the Ecu-b slot and tried it in the dome light slot to verify the light still worked. I replaced the Ecu-d fuse with a new 7.5. I have tried just about everything that I have found or was suggested with no luck.
    There has to be a simple way to do it other than taking it to a dealer which may be my last option.
