Does anyone know what the stock resolution (either pixels or TVL) and angle/field of view are for the stock backup camera?

I installed a 648x488, 150deg front camera, and I quickly figured out that this is a narrower field of view and lower resolution than the backup unit. Hoping someone knows the factory specs so I can find a front camera that is similar.

I'm looking for the same. Any luck on factory resolution or what product you bought that was equal?
