    Nope. As long as they can safely travel down the road. Since it is illegal to ride in one that is being towed there is no need for crash standards on them.

    Crappy deal man - very glad it wasn't worse though - I'd call that a close call if there ever was one. Black ice has no mercy, I've had a couple close calls with it myself.
