GME stock offering is like a call option. Right but not an obligation to sell shares. Doesn't change anything.

Since there’s been some confusion around, the GameStop equity announcement is BULLISH AF: GameStop is changing their right to reserve 6M shares to sell for a max 100M profit to reserving their right to sell 3.5M of their shares for a 1B profit.

AKA reserving their right to sell all allocated stocks at $16.67/share minimum CHANGED to selling all allocated stocks for $285.71/share MINIMUM (if they were to sell all made available to meet that number)

 

whats the ammo situation there these days?

Lots of traditional gun shops have bit the dust in the last year, regionally.
One guy local to me had no ammo for 6 months because he would call his buddies and they’d come wipe him out every time he got a box in.
He got surprised when the rush of people last summer wanted to buy their first gun & got mad when he couldn’t sell them one freakin’ round to go with said new purchase.
He soon went under.
Even the field and stream and bass pro that are close to me folded up.
The only common factor was NO AMMO on the shelves.
Gotta be a function of foot traffic because ammo is a near zero margin product.

 

I can only speak from what I’ve seen some of my friends post on the social web since I have not gone out to an Academy in some time. Academy has been keeping their “stock” constant. Same day each week but people are limited to the number of boxes they can purchase. I guess that’s the benefit right now of being a large company, you get priority over the mom and pop stores, which is terribly unfortunate.

 

Nothing ever changes, it’s right where it was last Monday, and the Monday before that pretty much.

 

It makes it pretty easy to load up on dips because of this.
