Is there a retractable bed cover that does not cover and eliminate the use of the tie-down rail system?

Most of the ones I have researched show the bed covers frame system cover up the tie down rail system in the bed, thus eliminating its use.

    Any input guys/gals?

Are you talking about the slide type retractables or just any roll up cover?? Cause the Access roll up style I have lets you use the rails and the cover.

    this and that...
if youre talking roll up. i have the truxedo truxport and i think its a very good system. it keeps your stuff secure, especially if you have a gate lock, but also keeping your contents dry. ive washed it with a pressure washer and also drove in hard rainfall and the bed stayed dry. it also lets you retain your rail system.

    Thanks guys

I am talking about the slide style retractable. Looks like all the ones with the slide style use our rail system, thus eliminating the use of it.
