I'm considering getting a Yakima OverhaulHD to mount on top of my ReTrax clone.

I'm a bit concerned about wind noise with it installed though as it looks like the minimum adjustment height is 19" when combined with the tonneau may cause it to sit at approximately 20", which would either make it flush with or slightly above the cab.

Could someone who has this combo share what their experience has been with wind noise when the rack is at it's minimum height? Additionally, how much does it obstruct the third brake light?

I have this setup on my 2017 TRD Sport. See pictures below.
    Retrax Pro XR
    Yakima OverhaulHD
plus a Yakima lower rack that I use for a cargo basket, bike/kayak mounts, etc.

I think the view of the third brake light depends on where you locate the front tower and where a person is viewing it from.
I don't think the crossbars are thick enough to full obscure it regardless of angle.
You can see in the side view pic below that the front tower and back of the cab are not perfectly parallel. The gap is wider at the top.

I don't have the crossbars at their lowest setting because my canoe hits my roof. I did originally have them set just below roof height and the noise wasn't bad to my ears. That said, I do have the River Quiver (for 4 fly rods) on there so it is hard to know where the small amount of noise I do have is coming from. Overall, I think my tires probably make more noise than my rack even when it's loaded. I never tried the towers/crossbars at minimum height, so cannot speak directly to that.

    HTH!

p.s. The side view pic is the lowest setting I used. IIRC, it could go just a bit lower but not much.

I have a Retrax Pro xr and yakima rack with HD towers. I don't hear a thing with bare rack or a sky box 16 on there. Height-wise, it is as low as it can go with the box clearing the roof and the shark fin. One 1,400mi trip and one 2,200mi trip with rack and box plus who-knows how many just bare rack driving around because I was too lazy to take it off. I'm not the biggest fan of the appearance but it's awesome to have the storage and have no visibility obstructed.
