    Great question! The most notable will be the material. The Pro versions (the XR and non XR) are made out of a double walled, powder coated aluminum. It has a 500 pound weight limit on top and a supporting latch on the passenger side. It's backed by a lifetime warranty. The One versions are made out of Lexan (it's a polycarbonate), with aluminum cross rails. 300 pound weight capacity and it's a 1 year full coverage, pro rated lifetime. Typically, if you're going to keep the truck for an extended period of time or really put the cover through it's paces, the Pro is worth it for increased durability and longer warranty. If it's a lease or you're not intending to put heavy weight on top, the One versions will hold up well.

    FYI I purchased a Retrax XR from Kyle at real truck. Price was great but when they sent me the wrong part it took over 2.5 months to get it straightened out. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Kyle was very attentive to getting the sale but wouldn't help with getting the correct part one he got his commission. And calling in to their customer support was unreal. Read the reviews, this is a common theme. I wish I had done my homework before doing business with this company.
