I'm excited to bring together another group buy, this time on the increasingly popular Retrax XR line of retractable covers. The Retrax XR is offered in two options, the One and Pro model, both in a matte black finish. The Retrax Pro XR is a double walled aluminum, capable of supporting 500 pounds evenly distributed on the cover, the ability to lock in any position along the rails, sealed ball bearings and is backed by a lifetime warranty. The Retrax One XR is a one-piece Lexan top, can support 200 pounds evenly distributed on the cover and also features the ability to lock in any position, sealed ball bearings and is a prorated lifetime warranty after one year. Both covers feature the new XR integrated rail, which allows for Yakima, Thule and Rhino Rack rails and accessories to be mounted to the cover.

what is the difference in the xr and mx

The MX just means it's a matte black finish. The XR series are only available in a matte black, whereas the One and Pro models have the option of gloss or matte black. The standard models and the XR versions are the same exact covers as far as blanket and canister design, the only difference would be the integrated t-slot rails.

Hi, looks like I am too late for that deal. I just got my tacoma last week. From all the research I have done so far it looks like that RetraxOne xr makes the most sense for overlanding. Any chance you will be running that deal again in a near future? Thanks.
