I live in VA and was told they were on backorder, received them within 7 business day... i got the kedge grip also

 

I want the kedge grip also. I just got the quote on the duratraks today and haven't pulled the trigger yet. Will call treadwright on monday and see what they have to say.

Guess I should have called in the first place. Shouldn't have assumed it would take too long, my bad.

 

Theyll tell you theyre backordered also . But you have a high possibilty of getting them within a week of ordering... bgr who is from ny bought some backordered ones and got them as fast or faster than me.

 

hey how long did they tell u the backorder was burg ? i ordered mine thursday, they said 2-3 weeks

 

Something like that... 2-3 weeks to ship, got them within 2 weeks of ordering. Theyre in CO, so the shipping is what took up all the time. In cali you have a good chance of seeing them next week

I requested bgt at and was told 1-2 week before shipping(just 2 tires). Showed up in 1 week.
My rear guarddogs have 12,000 and look great!

 

damn everyone says they got them quick, its been 2 weeks and 2 days now, they havnt even responded to any of me emails either....oh well...

 

That is very weird. Their customer service is usually to notch.

 

i sent 2 emails asking for updates...no response to either! but everytime i called it was fine, all they say is "they are still working in the 2-3 week time"

It takes time to get through orders when you have to hand make a product dude.

 

i know, i just gen anxious for them haha, i just found it funny because i have emailed them in the past and they were always great, but they have been awesome to talk to on the phone, thry always made sure that all my questions were answered

 

Just got off the phone with them and placed my order for 285/75/16 Guard Dog's...was looking for a "C" rated tires, but, they had none in stock, ended up with D's.

We'll see when they show up, they said they had them in stock.

 

they do ^ they just shipped mine today....i believe they are gonna have toyo sidewalls since they said thats all they were getting in

 

Racerp....How much did they run you? With shipping and all? I need some mud terrains, I want to pull the trigger and order these!
