Hahaha I don’t think my husband would have an issue with that at all. Maybe I should get an Atari sticker.

    Looks good.
However, the one you are using for inspiration is not an 84. It's at newest an 83.
That body style with rectangular headlights was 82/83 only.

You are indeed correct, I must have just misremembered it. Turns out it’s actually an ‘82:

I dig the unique direction, that is pulled off surprisingly well even down to the white letter tires. Nicely done.

Also, thank you for your service.

Oh this truck gives me a headache. Not because it’s ugly or anything but it’s confusing! Almost looks like a model.

    Excellent work. Looks great.

That is awesome! Which roll bar is that? Love your wheels too. Sharp truck for sure. Do you find it at all annoying the lights are so far back there on a double cab when you have them on?

Thank you! This is the Black Horse Off-Road bar. It was polished stainless I (poorly) painted black. I left off the company logo pieces. Once I got everything installed it was fine, but it was a lot of guessing how to fit it to the truck as I got a bag of hardware I didn’t use, nonexistent instructions that might as well have been written in Braille and nothing that fit together without having to really think through it.

To be 100% honest the lamps are more for looks than for function at present (mall crawling at its finest). The mounts are not particularly stable at speed and the lights shake a bit. If I need long throw light I’m more apt to use the bumper light bar. That being said my inner lamps (KC Pro Sport HID) are long range and the outer lamps are flood and I don’t have any real issues with the cab blocking the light as they’re up high enough to be out of the cab line.

Digging the retro look. Surprised Toyota didn't do something like this as a limited edition.
