    Hey has anyone made or know of anyone who sells a early 80's style pickup grill for a 2nd gen?? I think it would look sick on there!

    A guy on ExPo years ago completed a highly imaginative and seriously complicated retromod Gen 2 Access Cab. Many of the links in the original thread HERE are broken, but a few are still active. It's a long thread with a lot of surprising backstory.

    The truck had 80-series LC headlamps and a completely custom grille. His idea was to be retro like those old pickups. I'm not sure others saw what he did, though...

    The grille on our family's old 1980 (or 1981?) pickup wasn't that interesting, frankly. I like the idea to go a few years newer than that.
