I don't think you get the point. Beginner VS. Expert.

    Have you ever had them?

I understand, but if your going to take headlights apart to mount a projector why not get good ones, and cut a hole along with some screw holes to mount it. Just do 2 more steps.

Those projectors don't even use D2S bulbs plus you can buy the same kit he's selling off ebay.

One more thing most people think that just because its a projector it will produce good output. Not true with aftermarket ones. My whole thing is if your going to spend the money just use quality stuff.

I bought the LS projectors that apparently can be had on ebay, first off because its simple install (and they can be removed and put back to stock), but secondly and more importantly, because when it comes to wiring...... i am uncapable. I would not feel comfortable making a wiring harness, nor would i know where to start.

Yes, i would rather have an OEM projector retro, but i dont have the proper tools to create brackets and such. So for that reason I went with the LS kit.

and the light pattern isnt as bad as you may think either. Its no TL cutoff but its sure as hell better than stock.

Here's a link to a place where you can buy a complete setup with TSX projectors. You'd be better off than getting the projectors listed above.

ok, so now i have questions.....

I know TL projectors are the best, but how do FX projectors compare? I read a little on them, and obviously they will be a huge improvement over stock, but will i be disappointed?

also, and this is the more important question...... Exactly how difficult is it to cut and mount a projector into the existing headlamp? how hard will it be to find someone who can fab up a bracket for me to mount them?

You guys really got me thinkin about a real retro...... id rather go that route than install the LS kit..... and since the price is relatively close to eachother, id rather go OEM projector....

    thanks for the help guys!
