I recently installed some mini H1's into my headlights, tested the high beam actuator 50+ times prior to installing them, worked flawlessly, today i noticed 1 high beam does not function. i checked the wiring and its all connected as it should be.

Are there any quick fixes for this problem? I emailed TRS just a bit ago, but if theres a trick that gets them to work, id like to try while i wait to hear back from TRS

Are you sure you checked the ground for that particular side? A bad ground may look correct, but will prevent anything from working.

Low beams work for both lights, all connections are tight and secured, grounds are all metal to metal. its just the one side that will not trigger the high beam cut off

Hmm... Do you have a multimeter? If so, I'd check to see if you have power going to the solenoid. It will help you determine whether the problem is before the solenoid or with it.

Exactly where I was thinking. If you do have voltage, just trace it on down the line or vice versa.

What harness are you using? Maybe also check that the pins on the female side of the harness coming out of the headlight are both clicked into their correct positioning as well.
