    Does anyone know how to get ahold of someone at Retrofit Source? Every time I try chat, it’s never available (even during business hours), you call the number when they are open and you are on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer. They call you back finally and you never receive what they tell you to expect. This order has been a nightmare.

    I just want to figure out why I only received one bulb in my order, why it oddly looks used, and for them to provide me a shipping label so I can get my money back. Absolutely poor customer service so far just to figure out what’s going on. I Tried to send a message to TRSANDREW as per the forum webpage but I receive an error message saying I can’t send him a message due to his privacy settings? If anyone has any recommendations, I’m all ears. So far, I sent a reply to my confirmation email from my order with photos of the product.

    I also had issues. I'd email their through their website asking a question and it would take 1-2 weeks to respond. Then I'd have another follow up question based on their response that would take another 2 weeks. Through a month to answer 2 questions, they weren't able to help me.

    I was able to find the actual support email (Thanks Logan) and am trying to send an email through that. Received an automatic reply, so no telling at the moment. I just want my money back at this point.

    Just an FYI, they have been in a big transition lately expanding their warehouse. I know its different when you are the one with your money out there and no parts, but if you're patient I'm sure theyll take care of you. They've always been super helpful to me over the years.

    Quick update to everyone. Not sure if last week was a bad week or not, but I have received a shipping label to return the incorrect product received. They also had chat available today as well and was able to reach out to them. Hopefully sending the product back tomorrow!
