It looks like it might be a decent (and cheaper) alternative to TRS... But i'm still trying to find someone who comments on longevity and more people who have used their projectors.

I agree the projector is probably of similar quality. The area of concern for me would be in the quality of the ballasts and the headlight assemblies.

Oh, Then I agree with you... I would just buy the retrofit kit they sell for $75 and install them on my spare set of OEM headlights with a different H1 bulb/ballasts than they sell.

I think the only problem the ebay headlights have is leaking, But that might be fixed since they take apart and re-seal the headlights to install the projectors. but that can also mean they leak worse... My spare set of headlights are spares because they got a bad leak after i did a BHLM to them.

these guys are also on ebay as well, the ebay headlights im running now also leak so I was looking into new lights.... the ones i got now look cheap and were damaged when I got them so I made them work. so If someone actually buys these I would say do a reveiw and also add more silicone ;)

I wonder if they use OEM headlights or chepos?! If they sell a retrofit kit for $75 i would hope they are OEM headlights.

The headlights themselves are Ebay aftermarket headlights. OEM headlights have a yellowy lens over the turn signal bulb/DRL's.

You can kinda see the yellowish hue

the ebay headlights' turn signal/DRL lens is clear

Well shoot. for that price i would rather buy their kit and buy some ebay headlights to attempt it on.

I really want to paint the cut off shield red for the "demon eye" effect :D

For that kind of money Id rather just do it myself, Did mine on a 1st gen went the D2S route and they are amazing. Retrofitting is quite easy just a matter of starting it and getting over the fear lol. These guys definitely seem shady and no need to skimp out on lighting, just be safe and go with TRS
