    I just would hate to spend the money, then a month later have condensation.

    and ALOT cheaper. if you already have the hids it can be done for about $250.

    I did mine 9, almost 10, months ago and still don't have any problems. Just buy a brand new set of 98-00 headlights and take your time opening and closing the seams.

    Use the boiling water method to separate the lens from its housing. It's safer and less likely to give you a heart attack.

    YES!
    you cant beat a good retrofit and HIDs are amazing with light output.
    If the person does the retrofit properly, then you wont ever have any condensation
