TRDOR wheels, sheepskin seat, cruise and intermittent wipers, curt hitch

There is an older aluminium cap locally that was on an 09 Tacoma. Since it is dirt cheap, I was hoping to make it fit until I find a flippac. So anyone done something similar? Does the flippac fit a 3rd gen?
