The headlights have to be heated up in an oven to pry the glue apart without damaging the fixture. Then after the retrofit is complete
they need to be properly sealed. I only want to do this once. So my questions are :

    How reliable are these ?

What is the track record for these ?

If a light fails, do I need to go through the hassle of pulling the light out to repair ?

I don’t want to install something like this if it’s a never ending hassle !

    Answers please? Thoughts ?

    Thank you, Mark

I like them too. I’m concerned about the reliability of them. Is this going to be one of those products that fail every three months ?
When they fail, I have to take the lights out again to fix them ?

Here’s my concern ......if the light fails, I would have to remove the light and it’s entire
assembly, put it in the oven, pry it apart, replace defective light, re-assemble, re-seal, test it, install again, wire it all up again and clean it all up again until the next time it fails to where I would start this process all over again. I’m not going to install a product that potientually puts me thru this aggravation.
    Where am I wrong ?

I am going comment and make a assumption. I believe the percentage of these lights failing by @LSC15 are prob less than 5%. If the product did fail I'm pretty sure he would stand behind his product and take care of the situation

    Why do you say 5 % ?
    Maybe it’s 20 %....
Can anyone on here give me the failure rate ?
If the product fails every three months, you think he would repair that every time ? No.
    I’m thinking he would not.

I know he has been making lights for over a decade and has never had any fail that I know of. I know his success rate is top notch man. If your not interested than move and take your business elsewhere and stop bashing this thread

I’m not bashing the thread, and I like the product. Before I make my decision regarding these lights, I do my homework.
I’ll stick by my original inquiry:
What is the failure rate ?
( no assumptions please- just facts )

They offer a one year warranty on workmanship. TRS components follow the TRS warranty period. For info on warranty for specific parts, review TRS website or contact me directly. All warranty claims will come through me and I will handle it for you. Nohassle warranty.

Mark I do not know why you would be concerned when you have never even asked about placing an order. The only fails I have are some bulbs and ballasts occasionally that are defected which is a known thing that there will be a few of those go bad from morimoto. On things like that, you would just change the part out. You don't have to disassemble light to change bulb or other parts. I don't know when a projector itself would fail. All my parts come with 3-5 yr no-hassle warranty depending on what the part is. I do take care of my customers and will take care of any issues you have even if for some reason I ever have to get the back and redo it. If I have to redo a like multiple times, I don't need to be in the business of building these lol. So, if you don't plan on ordering please stop posting on my thread about failure rate and these horror story situations because it scares potential buyers when there isn't anything to be scared of. Also, John thank you for jumping on defense for me and supporting my products. Whenever you are ready to order let me know, and you will get a nice discount!

@LSC15 I appreciate the offering of a discount thank you. I was trying to relay a message to a new TW member that if your on TW and have been on here making products your business wont last if you don't make superior stuff.I know people here in Fl that have been using your headlights for 5plus years with no issues. If your product wasn't top notch the humidity in Fl creates condensation that would destroy the lights.Keep up the quality work brotha:cheers:

Dude you have a total of nine messages I hope a mod bans you... I don’t have his lights but just about any thread first, second, or third gen has a few guys who do and wheel the shit out of their trucks with no issues. Dude makes a quality product bar none.
