2006 Tacoma 5spd 4wd

2006 2.7l, 5 spd., 4wd. I keep getting a returning p0453 with cel on. I have replaced the vapor canister, replaced the rear o2 sensor, brand new exhaust including cat, new gas cap. The cel has gone off a few times briefly only to return. Any suggestions?
