All original with 195K miles. Purchased some 22 years ago with an 18 year gap of ownership.
In Brunswick here. Moved down from NT in 2004 in a 95.5 Xcab 4x4, V6 with a 5 speed. Me, my wife, 2 sons and 2 medium dogs all in the cab. What a trip, pulling a 2003 VW Jetta TDI on a tow dolly behind it. Sold it to my neighbor in 2006 when I need a larger tow vehicle. When my son became of age to drive, he tried to get my neighbor to sell it to him, and wouldn't even though he didn't use it. Many people tried to buy it with no luck. He passed away in April, leaving me with a 1965 Chevy II Nova SS and everything else to his niece in Phoenix, AZ. I had a lot of communications with her and helped care for the house all along until last week. I explained the background of the truck to her and said I would like to know a price for it. She and her husband decided the truck should come back to us and signed it over. It was in bad shape, he had neglected it for years and it sat and sat and sat. Tires look like new, date 0816 and have bad flat spots that are not worth trying to get out. There were a couple holes in the roof above the windshield on the drivers side that had been leaking for years. The drivers side was soaked and rusted through in several spots. I learned how to fiberglass, lol. Just did a timing belt water pump cam seals and crank seals with all other goodies. I planned to do that immediately, but realized before the water pump was leaking. The truck will ultimately go over to Columbus soon after we finalize it road worthiness. Just picked up a mint set of factory rims from Arizona that we need to get new rubber on and it should be ready for his fun times.

Just curious also... does everyone have to hit the "post reply" button twice? Because I do!

    Thanks for listening,
    Mike
