The fastest way to haul that puppy back down to zero from warp 6 (...because more is always better...) is to ignore those whimpy brakes and find something solid to aim at near your destination. ;)

Gona have to reprogram the ECU to get around that one...there are some vendors out there that will do it. Search if you really want to make your truck go over 106, not sure how much you'll really gain. Not sure what your tires are rated for, but that would be my first safety concern

tacosupreme did this and I'm copying and pasting this. I don't recommend you do this. If you do it, I'd add a switch to it in case it affects other things like ABS.

Ahh, your all a bunch of panty waists.
Easy to preach from behind a computer.

I don't speed every time i get behind the wheel.
I've been driving for over 22 years, and last year i logged 60,000 plus miles on my work truck alone. That doesn't count my personal vehicles or my motorcycles.

I havn't gotten a speeding tickit since i was 19 years old, and the only accident i had was when i was rear ended on my motorcycle 3 years ago. So yes, i feel i have the track record to back up my driving expierence.

All i wanted was a simple answer to a simple question without personal opinions or attacks.

Driving fast doesn't equate to driving unsafe. I wish people would understand this.

I've seen a-holes driving the speed limit who are more dangerous than if i chose to speed. Talking on the cell phone, putting on makeup, and reading the newspaper.

So, i guess i kinda blacklisted myself here by trying to get an answer to a simple question. So be it...

To bad the haters and preachers couoldn't have kept an unbiased opinion about the subject, but then, what fun would that be?

I want to thank the guys who helped me have a legitimate discussion on the rev limiter topic.

    Panty waists?

I'm sorry driving within the capabilities of my vehicle and the law makes me a pussy.
