You mention 'WE' playing a practical joke and 'someone' carving nasty stuff into her paint? Sounds like you are just as quilty even if you didn't directly do the carving. A practical joke isn't a JOKE when it destroys things.

I used to do practical jokes a lot when I was a kid. The worst I've ever done was wrap a vehicle in layers & layers of paper towels. You couldn't even see the tires or antennae. Totally harmless.....and funny as hell. That's what a JOKE is supposed to be.
As an adult... I still use super glue and glue quarters on the floor and watch people try to pick it up all day long while I'm at work.
    Cheap, Easy, Harmless FUN.

    1. Getting even won't do any good. It won't fix your truck. It will just get you in trouble.

    2. Fighting them will just get you arrested.

    3. I would call the cops, get a report made. Take them to court & sue their ass off to have your truck fixed!!!!

Good for you Janster...I have to say this as well: I look at the ages of the posters on this thread and they're almost all "kids"....16, 18, 19........stop being such hotheads. There are worse problems in the world and I will guarantee you worrying about "getting even" is just going to make life miserable for you. Take a deep breath, relax, put on some Jazz and chill the hell out. Nuff.

HAHAHA... JK but seriously if you feel the need to duke it out do it like a man. Ask him to box with you. Get some gloves and make it legit. There is no need for Ninja incognito s***. I would personally never touch another mans car or truck, but I was raised by a bunch of of old hot rodders. I have never instigated vehicular damage but I sure as hell have finished some off. I have a slammed hot rodded 1971 Chevy C10 that's my baby and trust me, the quickest way to get me pissed is to mess with her. I won't take s*** off of nobody especially when it comes to my rides. I'm the guy that lives by the motto "speak softly and carry a big stick" everyone that knows me knows that. All I have to say is, whatever you do no matter what it is or how you do it, don't get caught doing something rash or stupid.

Given the scenario, someone intentionally damages my truck with me present, seems like a no-brainer- immediate physical contact..
