Yes let's make a harness of 12+ wires in order to avoid a t-tap, brilliant!

I have shipped a couple out for 3rd gens. The install is basically the same as 2nd gens. I have not received any feedback from the installs though.

If you dont like it you dont have to buy it. Some people dont like to cut their factory wiring. No reason so dump your negativity into my thread.

DelTaco with the ninja edits and deletions. Not dumping negativity, stated it can be done without cutting, you continue to insist it can't be even though your kit is a splice, which is the same thing as a t-tap...

You are confused, this is definitely not the same as a t-tap. You can do things however you like, but to properly prevent backfeeding 12v to the reverse signal wire, you HAVE to cut it. Whether you use a diode or a SPDT switch.

Please quit posting in my thread.

    Isn't it 28 wires?
I thought so. It's why I ordered it. Thanks Josh!

    Workin' on it....
So I have an existing backup camera on my 2013. Would it be possible to have some sort of adapter and 3 position switch to change between multiple cameras?
