Reverse in Manual Too High of a Gear?

    Anyone else find that reverse on the manuals is a little to high of a gear? Backing into my driveway, I'm constantly feathering the clutch so I don't go flying into the garage. Can't even imagine backing up a trailer with it.

    It is but luckily my "driveway" is a large dirt field lol. It can be annoying in parking lots though.
    I loved my old bronco reverse since it was about equal to my truck being in 4low. 4low on that thing was insane

    LOL. I just can't believe they figure anyone wants to go backwards that fast.

    Foglights are for fog, not oncoming traffic!
    I hope Toy fired the 6sp engineering team.
    Why 6th gear still turns 2400rpm at 70mph is idiotic.
    Why reverse is so long is idiotic.
    Just another engineering marvel from Toyota.

    crap bolted and welded together....
    could be worse, the 04 dodge we got reverse is like a trillion times faster. Its PITA to back anything up.
