    Hey TW,

Maybe you all can help with with this. I'm planning to install auxiliary reverse lights on my 2017 Tacoma. I'd like to make this install as clean and factory as possible.

What I need is an on-off-on or on-on rocker switch that fits in the existing factory blank below the cubby to the left of the steering wheel. My intent is to wire this up so that when I put the truck in reverse, the lights come on and when I flip the switch, they will come on too.

So far, I've only found this in a Contura style rocker switch, and I don't think that will fit.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

Getting closer... now link one that's on-off-on (SPDT) and you'll be in business.

You still haven't delivered on the ask... find a SPDT on-off-on switch that fits in the lower right blank on the cubby and I'll completely eat crow. Hell, I'll PP you $20 for your hard effort.

You got the two main places to get customized switches. You want someone to give you the exact switch you are looking for without any effort on your part what so ever?!

Trust me, I've put plenty of effort into this. Either I'm not explaining my needs very well, or people aren't understanding the question. I'm not looking for an on-off push button. I'm looking for an on-off-on rocker switch that fits in that port. It's very possible that such an item doesn't exist. So far, when searching through the links that I've been sent, no one offers such an item.

Thanks, but that's just on-off... won't work for the intended purpose.

I'm not having trouble finding a switch that's labeled "reverse lights"... I'm having trouble finding an on-off-on switch that fits in that blank. on-off-on means that it can take power from two separate sources, but not both at the same time. Meaning I could have the backup lights powered by either the reverse light wiring or powered by a separate circuit, for when the car isn't shifted into reverse.
