Revert OTT Tune back to Stock Before Selling 3rd Gen?

As a potential buyer, I would defiantly want to know if it has or had a tune. I personally would probably pass on a vehicle that has had its brain mucked with.

in OR all it has to do is pass emissions test.
if you intentionally don't mention in writing, buyer could take you down in a sympathetic small claims court where hard law is loosey goosey...and no appeals.
i personally would not want the possibility of trouble.
Price it to include tune and offer to reflash to stock, after deposit, if buyer wants but no price adjustment.

 

I myself would buy a truck or car with a tune. I'd want to know who/what tune is installed. And hopefully it's already a tune I'd like to run. But then again, I usually do research before I buy.
