    What a great product. :)

Word of caution though for those removing the snap on mirror. Make sure you pull directly UP on the mirror to remove it (relative to the window mount). If you pull out toward you at all, you could break the plastic tabs that hold the mirror to the window block. I cracked one of mine being a bit too rough, but it still holds thankfully.

Received mine in the mail today, installed in about 5 mins, quality product that makes so much difference. Now I can see what's off my starboard bow without looking like I'm doing some really bad breakdancing.

    Sending payment in the morning.

    Thanks MrYo!

This mirror bracket is precision machined and took a few minutes to mount without any trouble. I wish this was the first mod the Tacoma had seen, better late than never.
Thank you for giving me a way better windshield to see through.

I'm not attempting to make worlds collide so please don't burn me at the stake, but I just ordered something very similar and I was wondering if anyone had tested both and had a preference? There is a lot of really positive feedback from ImMrYo's so I feel like an idiot for just now running across this thread after I just ordered something different. I have one in the mail as of yesterday from these guys: http://www.birddawgindustries.com/

I installed mine yesterday. Looks and functions great.

There might be a note about this somewhere in the thread, but it bears repeating-

The metal the rear-view mirror is made out of is pretty soft on my truck (2013 DC). When I was re-installing the T20 screw I accidentally started it at a bit of an angle, and it misaligned the threads- making it impossible to tighten down. I fixed it by feeding the screw in from the other direction and realigning the threads- but the potential for damage is there. Finished the install fine.

Just be sure to either start it by hand or make sure the screw is feeding in completely straight. My fault, but might save someone else some headache!

    Great product!
