Just received my mount and it's GREAT! I thought I'd do a little picture tutorial, unless it's been done by all means edit this post.
The instructions from @ImMrYo are pretty straight forward so I'll just use his words.

Step (1 of 3) begin by gently removing plastic wire cover2017-01-14 13.52.27.jpg (step 2 of 3) then with an T20 torx driver loosen the set screw and lift the mirror off OEM mount2017-01-14 13.54.01.jpg 2017-01-14 13.54.36.jpgthen squeeze the plug and separate 2017-01-14 14.06.34.jpg (step 3 of 3) pull off the last plastic clip that holds the wire so you'll have enough slack to tuck under the headliner. 2017-01-14 13.59.33 HDR.jpg(note: there is 2 clips, the one that covers the plug and the wire). The rest is very straight forward as to putting the new mount on and stuffing the wire up in the headliner, then tightening the screws. 2017-01-14 14.08.08-1.jpg2017-01-14 14.11.15.jpg As you can see I did this in the parking lot at the mall while waiting for the boy to grab a card, with my remote starter antenna and video camera in close proximity. Which reminds me, I have to re tuck everything nice and neat lol!
    Hope this helps someone.
p.s payment is on the way!

snwcmpr -- yes, I am using a ImMrYo mirror lift. It is the BEST mod I have ever done given the amount of use and safety factor.

    @jet123
    Thanks

But, if this thread is the only source of information, that's really hard to find in 80 pages, so far.

This is why I tried to show how easy it was. I've never done a post with pics so maybe thumb nails are better?

But, what I don't get in this thread is how to know if it will work for someone's truck.
"After reviewing all the posts and you want one..." .... there are now 81 pages.

It will work for your truck. Why would you think it might not on your 2013? I say buy it and if it doesn't give it back

Anyone have one laying around they can part with? I already own one, but was wanting to get one for my friend at work. Thanks!

I thought there might have been something in the 81 pages that I didn't find.

I'd not want to bother the guy with returning something if the information that it wouldn't work was there in the posts. This isn't like reading one page on a website. It's really hard to read through the pages, or search the forum for specific information.
Bed Stiffeners, I go to their website and read one page, done.

The first post in this thread.

Finally got around to installing mine today. Has to be one of my favorite mods I have done! Thanks for coming up with this excellent fix!

I know what you're saying, but the good thing is Toyota hasn't really changed the actual mount from '05-'15. I'm of course not sure about the '16 plus but it wouldn't surprise me either.

Installed mine this morning, had to re-calibrate the compass, just put in calibrate mode and drive around, done. Much better view out the front now, I love it.

Fast and easy install! Sturdy well made bracket. It's awesome. Money well spent. Only hang up I have is trying to shove the wiring back up into the headliner. Anyone else have issues or tips?

I pretty much joined this community JUST so I could acquire an ImMrYo mirror lift bracket. Installed it last night, super easy install! Loving it, such a huge difference!

    Check is in the mail!!
