Great comparison. I've had the Huskys for about a year and have been VERY happy with them. Terrific coverage. As a minor bonus, they weigh less than the heavy rubber Weathertechs.

The picture of the gap with the Weathertech mats is why I don't have Weathertech mats anymore. That gap doesn't correct itself over time. Went with Husky when I bought my new rig.

I just put weather techs in my 16' Tacoma, and Husky's in my 16' T4R. I say hands down weathertech. They look so much nicer and I think have a better fit. The rear Husky in the T4R is "baggy",the center hump isn't touching the floor and you can see it. The rear WT in the Tacoma is perfect.

Thanks for the write up, OP! Super helpful to see the lengthy and thorough review. Husky Liners it is for me!

I bought my Husky floor liners from Auto Everything and only paid $71.00. I told the person helping me online that Amazon was selling them cheaper and when the person looked it up on Amazon the individual gave me an additional 20% off. Great deal and a Great set of floor liners. Much better than the stock floor liners. These are a perfect fit.

Lol the rear huskys have better coverage but still win... despite the only complaint about the fronts is that the weathertech has less coverage?

Can't say you did a good job removing bias.

OP specifically said the front coverage makes up for the rear coverage. It may be biased, but I agree with him. I would much rather have more coverage in the drivers floorboard where my dirty boots go than an inch more coverage under the seat.

Can you post some pics on the huskys in the runner? I’m about to order some for my runner, would like to see if they cover well enough or not. Thanks!

    Really great in-depth review!
I originally bought the Weathertecs...what I didn’t like was one they required a little more effort to clean because of the ridges....I like to drive in my socks on long trips, the ridges were uncomfortable.....plus in the end I thought they looked like high end Walmart floor mats....and didn’t like the Weathertec logo all big...
I ended up getting the Ares......has a carbon fiber-ish look....super non-slip backing it literally peels up like Velcro sticking, great on the feet, super smooth easy to hose off, great coverage.
I bought a total of 3 sets, one for Taco black, one for Wife’s Cherokee beige and daughters VW Jetta beige.
Had mine over 1 1/2 years, still look new.

Awesome comparison. I had the weathertechs but they didnt fit so well so I put OEM back in for now. Will probably get Huskys later.

Yeah mine still looks pretty good and fits really well. Easy maintenance.

You can also try the Aries3D.

Does the gas pedal bump into the Husky liner at full throttle? Mine will bump into my Weathertech liner at about 95%ish throttle

I also have the Husky mats.

There is one thing I think is worth mentioning.

There are several places where the Husky mats contact other hard plastic surfaces like the dead pedal and door sill plate things. On those spots, if you cut the little anchor spikes flush with the mat using a utility knife, the mat sits flatter and fits better.

    Muchhhh better.

    Great review.

Still all WeatherTech for me. Don't have any of the sliding around or warping or horrible fit I hear people complain about.

Plus, I'm just really not a fan of anything Husky. It's like Reebok, I just don't buy it.

I'll see if I can get some pics.

I will say the Husky's are very easy to clean, I think a little easier than the WheatherTechs. Simple hose down or a quick wipe with a wet rag and they look brand new. Husky's are smooth and the WeatherTechs are textured.

That would be great. I have weather techs in my car and they are good, but I want better in my runner and the carpet has got to go, lol.

I've had WeatherTech mats in several of my trucks/SUV's and loved them all. My dad bought the Husky's for his truck and from what I have seen they don't fit as well as WeatherTech's.

Sorry for the delay I had to make it presentable. Huskyliners weatherbeaters in a 13 T4R.

I ordered the husky and weathertechs and ended up keeping the weathertechs I believe because it holds its shape better. I did like the grip on the top sides of the husky (stickier to my shoes) though.
