    Hey BamaToy1997,

I guess I could have phrased that a little differently huh? What I meant by that was; lets address the most recent issue.

Moving forward; the reason I ask people to contact me in private is because often time users may not want to air their laundry or release personal information.

Im more than willing to discuss in public, as I said before, we have nothing to hide. Im not going to sugar coat anything, good or bad.

BamaToy1997, floor is yours. Need some info on your order. First name (I see Bill), last name? Email? Order number?

I appreciate your opinion on the company, truly. Now lets get to the bottom of this :)

Just out of curiosity I tried to order a set of EBC Brake Discs shipped to my house (in Puerto Rico) and shipping came to $151 and some change. I know those discs will fit in a USPS flat rate box for $13 dollars.

Sucks to hear all these issues. I recently purchased a bed extender from Autoplicity and was shipped the next day. In fact, I've bought multiple items in the past years and have received prompt service.

Those orders were from close to a year and a half ago, or longer. After having 3 orders go bad, I was done with it. Nothing personal towards you, but there is nothing that can be done at this point to win me back. I have found a SOLID supplier of the parts I need, and I am not about to change at this point. When I spend $100k a year in parts, I need 100% reliability. I gave your company a shot, and they were not interested.

Since we drop ship a lot of items, we don't always have control over shipping methods. However, I can order them into Chicago and re-think them for you. We do it often. Let me know.

Awesome! Glad to hear that. It sucks that the majority of stories you hear are skewed towards the bad outcomes. We have hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers, but that's the result of the age of the Internet.

That's too bad, Seems as though you're still looking for help with the issue with the repeated replies. If you change your mind, let me know!

Regardless, glad you found a good supplier! Cheers!

I understand the complexities of starting a business, dealing with employees, customers, advisors, bookkeepers, and your own shit..
Reading the thread in full to this point, you have acted honorably,in trying to correct mistakes made.
This is in no way a pass or excuse in any way, shape, or form.
Do not ever take on any endeavor that, which you cannot absolutely guarantee what you promise, ever! If you do not have the full control and respect from every level of your operation, you will spend your time and profit, apologizing.
Up to you. What is most important to you?

To simplify, do it right, once. Then you don't have to apologize.

    Facts of my exprience

EGR bug deflector ordered from autoplicity.com on February 28th
EGR bug deflector received from autoplicity (via Federal Express) on April 22, 2015.

Autoplicity credited my paypal with a $5 discount.

The part is the right part.
The part fits my Prerunner Roadtripper.
The customer service was friendly, not nasty.
The delay was unexpected and upsetting.
The treatment by human beings in the company was fair despite the inefficiency.

Judge of it what you will.

EGR makes a stylish bug deflector for 1st gens BTW. Thing is perfect for a black model as well. Slick aerodynamics with modern edge. It makes my Prerunner look younger.

WOW, they actually made it almost 8 months without a post here. Well lets fix that!!
Run FAR FAR FAR AND FAST FAST FAST away from these people. They are unethical and it appears after reading the previous posts that they don't learn from their past.
I have filed suite against them for the huge amount of time we had to spend trying to resolve the issue.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

Really worried about these dudes, ordered a warrior rack for taco Sunday and they just sent me email that the expected ship day is 5/27. I've never ordered anything in my life that takes 2.5 weeks to ship...

I don't know what's up with Autoplicity. Last week I place a first time online order with them, for a tonneau cover. Got an email from Justine O. saying that they needed my phone number for the freight shipping company, please respond. I responded within five minutes, and from both my business e-mail account and a secondary back-up e-mail account, just in case. What's odd, my phone number is right there with my account info. including my shipping address.

Not a word from Autoplicity, but my online account page shows my order status, "sent to the warehouse". Without an explanation, a few days later, I received a PayPal message that Autoplicity issued a complete refund!?! Their website shows 60+ units in stock, and my account page still shows the order has been sent to the warehouse.

In my first time ordering experience, it appears that they don't have their online act together. It has been over a week and still no response, no explanation, not a single word from Autoplicity.
