Good to hear, was that an online order or by phone?

I typically rely on doing online business, since most of my truck ass'y shopping is done at odd hours when off work. Anyway, I just dropped Autoplicity an order inquiry to both their sales and support e-addresses.

My order was online. it was one piece (center bearing Spicer). My review for Autoplicity is a one time deal they had the factory equivalent part I needed, ordered it, got it! My go to online parts store is Rock Auto. several orders over the years zero problems.

Received a response from Autoplicity. In short there was a problem with the item's website listing.

Horrible experience, employees couldn't care less about customers
Horrible experience. Autoplicity cancelled my order on the day it was due to arrive...no notice, no email, no phone call. Rude employee "Susan" blamed the manufacturer until I proved the manufacturer, StreetSceneEQ.com had it in stock and was ready to ship it. Manufacturer StreetScene says this happens constantly with Autoplicity. Requested a manager, "Alyssa", who disinterestedly blamed it on a 3rd party fulfillment company "Mayer". Probably a lie also. Staff here could literally not have cared less. Refused to reorder it for me claiming "there's nothing we can do". Still haven't seen my refund. I'll never order from this careless, unethical company again. Go direct to manufacturer next time, and save yourself the unnecessary pain.
