    Just sign up for pay pal...its free and only takes literally 2 minutes to set up...it all confidential and its best to pay for things that way because they have insurance...if you don't receive your item they'll reimburse you most of the time :)

    Order begins sometimes mid next week, wednesday or thursday. Payment I guess I can take checks, but It would have to clear before I mail anything, USPS money order works too. Idk about sending cash in an envelope. and Of couse PayPal
