Finally got my ducks in a row and I am ready to order my tonneau cover. I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with the revolver X2. Now that it's been out for a little while I was wondering if anybody had any reviews on it or if there should be a comprable cover I should look at before springing for the revolver.

I searched to the forum and found a couple short reviews hidden in a couple different threads but nothing recent so just figured I'd ask for some direct input.

    Thanks

Nobody? I thought for sure this would have been a popular cover.

Anybody notice any drawbacks? Seems like people just want the tri folds

I have the revolver on my mgm TRD or DCSB. It's works great. But like every other type of bed cover of this type it's not 100% water tight. I don't get a ton of water. Just small drip line running down a few points of the bed. It's due to the top of the rail not being really smooth. I will end up putting a small amount of caulking to seal it up. Also the very front corners of the bed there are openings. Toyota designed that part of the bed in a less than stellar way. But if you look it up, other have siliconed that small area. I also put a tailgate seal on mine to help reduce the dust in the bed. I love the way it functions, and overall am very happy with the purchase.

    Thanks!

I just pulled the trigger on the revolver (all pun intended).

Can't wait til it shows up, although the guy at bakflip told me it was on national back order til the end of the month.

Seems like a great cover. Been looking for a while now and nothing else seems to really compare. Best of both worlds it seems.
