This is a really nice 270 awning, very light weight and quick to deploy. The awning is in good shape. I just serviced the hinges on it and have a spare set of hinges for it as well. The fabric is in great shape. I believe there is one tiny hole in it but I couldn’t locate it for pics. The legs have some dings at the bottom from glancing hammer strikes driving in the stakes but nothing structural. The biggest thing that needs addressing is that it needs a new cover because the zipper is no longer closing in areas. That’s $90 from Rhino Rack. Comes with all the stakes and tie down ropes. The mounting brackets are still attached but I don’t know that I have the original rack mounting hardware as I had to find my own solution for my rack. The tie down hooks have some rust but are all in all it’s in good shape.

The wall extension is in excellent shape, as it has only been used a couple times. It comes with all of its accessories, poles, stakes, tie downs. No issues whatsoever.
